Welcome to Deathcon

Welcome to DeathCon, all! We’re excited to bring you an event that’s full of entertainment, action, and story. Just to kick things off, we want to provide a little bit of an introduction to the team, and also let you know what to expect over the next few months leading up to the event.

DeathCon is a production run by Dystopia Rising: New York with assistance from Dystopia Rising: Connecticut. The team is excited to hit the ground running, and has plenty of experience running not just Dystopia Rising, but also other types of LARPs, including American freeform, parlor LARP, and Nordic-style LARPs. With that in mind, DeathCon isn’t going to be your typical Dystopia Rising Live event. Instead, it will include live entertainment and a festival-like atmosphere to make sure you have fun with the event — and not just the LARP.

Over the next few months leading up to the event, you’ll learn more about the story at the event, the schedule, and the performers that will be there. With that in mind, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date with all of the exciting things we have planned.
